The Teddy Bear Club

 St. John’s Teddy Bear Club is a special program
just for pregnant women scheduled to deliver at St. John’s.
Expectant women
and new moms have lots of questions about pregnancy, labor and birth, and
bringing baby home.
This program is designed to provide you with the
information, resources and special perks you need. Your nurse will give you
your Teddy Bear Club binder and information at your first prenatal
appointment.
The
Teddy Bear Club offers:
¢ A variety of classes,
including Lamaze, on
pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and more.
¢
Sibling and grandparents' classes
¢ A class designed to help grandparents brush
up on their infant care skills and to learn more about their special role in
the family.
¢
Free or discounted rates for several St.
John’s programs and services.
¢
“A Baby on the Way” binder with your “Teddy Bear Club” identification card, the “Bear Facts"
pregnancy newsletter, Teddy Bear Club class schedule, area merchant
discounts, pregnancy journal and
more.
