Don’t miss
out on the third annual St. John’s Tour de Bass cycling
event, another great event presented by the Bass
Pro Shops Outdoor Fitness Festival.
The Tour de
Bass offers scenic routes through the beautiful
Ozark countryside during foliage season.
Springfield
has been designated a bronze level bicycle
friendly community.
Restaurant sponsors provide
specialty items in addition to normal
fare at each rest stop. Members of the St. John’s Semi-Pro Cycling Team participate in
every ride. Regardless of your fitness
level, the Tour de Bass has an
event
for
you.

On-site registration and
packet pick-up for registrants is available on
Friday, Oct. 22, from 10 a.m.-7 p.m., at Bass Pro.
Same-day registration/pick-up begins at 6:30
a.m.
■
$10 discount to first
100 St. John's co-workers who register online
for a ride of 20 miles or more. Enter
SJ500 for
the referral code and enter your co-worker ID #
when prompted. When
100 co-workers have registered, this discount
will automatically expire
■
St. John’s
Clinic will provide limited free helmets to
children and will assist with helmet fittings
for everyone.
■
Lunch provided for
all riders. Wrist band
required.
■
Rest stops every
10-12 miles with snacks, beverages, shelter from
the elements and restroom facilities.
Clinic rest stops will include first-aid
stations.
■

You may
ship your bicycle
to
a
participating
Springfield-area bicycle shop
and pick up your
bike before your event.
■
Payroll
deduction now available for St. John's
co-workers: From the Outdoor Fitness
Festival or St. John's Tour de Bass
websites, click on "Register Now." Then
enter "SJPayroll" as your referral code and
enter your co-worker ID # when prompted.
