I won a cash prize. How do I collect on that prize?

Only the top 3 finishers in the 10K, 5K and 1-mile races (in all categories) receive cash awards. Please fill out the W-9 form provided to you and send back to

You will receive a check for your award within 2 weeks of when we receive the W-9 form.

I wasn’t able to pick up my award at the awards ceremony on Saturday. What do I do?

Those placing First, Second or Third in their age, gender or open division receive medals. They are being mailed out to your home by Friday, Oct. 19, 2007.

I have a question / concern about the results. What do I do?

Any questions about your particular results, or even results in general, should be directed to our chip timing vendor Dreilling & Associates. To receive a response, you must fill out the questionnaire at http://onlineraceresults.com/event/view_event.php?event_id=2235. Click on the link that says: “Questions about results?”

I was a registered participant, but didn’t receive my T-shirt. What do I do?

Please call 417-820-6111 or e-mail stjohns.foundation@mercy.net and tell us your name, preferred shirt size and mailing address not later than Oct. 26. We are placing an order for more T-shirts and will mail you one within 6-8 weeks.

I have suggestions for next year’s Run or want to thank the organizers for a spectacular event. What do I do?
