When you become a member of St. John's Fitness
Centers, a fitness instructor guides you in planning your fitness program.
All fitness instructors are college graduates and are certified or eligible
for certification by the American College of Sports Medicine.
Before you begin exercising, the fitness
instructor evaluates your fitness level, records your health history and
recommends an individual fitness program. Your program takes into
consideration your personal goals, your fitness level and your health.
Your program is designed to help you achieve
success in a healthy, safe way. After six months, you can have your fitness
level evaluated to check your progress.
