Fitness Classes

St. John's Fitness Centers classes offer you
the opportunity to enhance your fitness level through carefully structured,
proven programs taught by fitness instructors certified by the American
College of Sports Medicine.
Classes are designed to provide fitness
challenges at all levels, from beginning to advanced.
Class times range from very early in the
morning through evening and include aerobic dance, step aerobics, senior
aerobics, jogging, special senior classes and special sessions in Tai Chi.
Adult and children's Tae Kwon Do are offered
at various times throughout the year.
