Directions to Medical Library

The Medical Library is located in the main hospital building at
1235 E. Cherokee Street in Springfield, Missouri (at the intersection of South National Avenue and East Cherokee Street).

Visitor parking is on the south side of Cherokee, across from the hospital's main entrance. A shuttle service is available to bring visitors from the parking lot to the hospital main entrance. Look for the blue covered shuttle stops in the parking lot. Enter the Main Entrance of the hospital and proceed down the hallway to the left. Take the East Elevators to the second floor.

Upon exiting the elevators at the second floor, turn right and follow the hallway that bends to the right (you will pass glass display cases). Proceed down this hallway until you see overhead signs directing you to the Medical Library. People working at the hospital refer to the Medical Library's location as being on "2 K." Ask someone to point you in the direction of "2 K" if you need assistance.
