Menopause

Picture of a woman, smiling

For many women, menopause can be a challenging time.  The normally occurring hormonal changes can affect women physically, as well as emotionally.  However, many women find that the symptoms of menopause can be relieved through exercise, proper nutrition and stress management.

St. John's Menopause Program offers a variety of services designed to help women manage their menopausal symptoms.  These include:
  • Health assessments;
  • stress management sessions, including auriculotherapy and biofeedback;
  • regular and hot stone massage;
  • aromatherapy;
  • menopause education;
  • physician referral.

For more information, please call St. John's Menopause Program at 417-820-3677.
