St. John's/Kohl's Injury Prevention Program
.................................................................................................................................................

Unintentional injury is the No. 1 cause of death in children.

In 2007, the No. 1 cause of injury to children admitted to St. John's Trauma Center was motor vehicle crashes. Falls were second, followed by burns and ATV-related injuries.

St. John’s/Kohl's Injury Prevention Program provides injury prevention education on the leading causes of injury in the region. The program continues to grow reaching more than 80,000 people last year.

In addition to our information pages listed to the right, we have educational materials on the below topics.
