We are focused on our customers and our community.  This includes a wide variety of health education and support services. 

 

Support Groups

Stroke Support Group meets the 1st Thursday, 6:00 p.m. Call (870) 423-4150 for more information.

Diabetes meets the 4th Tuesday, 10 a.m. Call       (870) 423-3355 or (870) 423-5244 for more information.

 

Classes and Workshops

Bright Beginnings: Preparing for Birth, Babies, and Breastfeeding.  Held in four-week sessions on Mondays from 6-9 p.m.  Call (870) 423-5217 to register.

Bereavement/Grief Workshop – held biannually, in six-week sessions or one time per week. Call (870) 423-5255 for more information.

AARP 55 Alive Classes – offered 3-4 times a year.  A classroom refresher course for drivers 50 years of age or over; insurance discounted upon completion.  To register, call (870) 423-5244.

Health, Fitness, and Safety Expo - held annually.  For more information, contact (870) 423-5245.  http://www.stjohns.com/hfsexpo/

Speakers Bureau – scheduled upon request.  A listing or directory of people who have knowledge in one or more areas and will speak to school groups, clubs or organizations on topics in their area of expertise.
