Bright Beginnings: Preparing for Birth,
Babies, and Breastfeeding. Held in four-week sessions on

Bereavement/Grief Workshop

biannually, in six-week sessions or one time per week. Call

AARP 55 Alive Classes
– offered 3-4
times a year. A classroom refresher course for drivers 50 years
of age or over; insurance discounted upon completion. To

Health, Fitness, and Safety Expo - held annually. For more

Speakers Bureau
– scheduled upon request. A listing or directory
