The Burn and Wound Outpatient Center is a continuum of our Inpatient Burn & Wound Center. It is a walk-in clinic treating all types of minor burn and wounds, providing expert, high quality care for those patients not requiring admission to the hospital and for those patients who have been discharged from the hospital but need follow-up care until fully healed.

The outpatient burn and wound clinic has conducted over 4,000 patient visits in the last year, and provides for a seamless transition from inpatient-hospital admission to care after discharge while at home until the healing process is complete. The outpatient clinic also cares for patients that do not need admission to the hospital burn unit.

The Burn and Wound Outpatient Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A burn physician consult is required for admission to the Outpatient Center.
