St. John’s Emergency, Trauma & Burn Services are staffed by professional men and women who have dedicated their lives to being “everyday heroes.” St. John’s ER and Level 1 Trauma Center provide the Ozarks with the highest level of emergency care.

Now operating out of a new state-of-the-art facility designed to meet the emergency health care needs for you and your family, St. John’s has long been a leader in emergency, trauma and burn care, providing services to an area covering nearly 30,000 square miles in Missouri and Arkansas.

In addition to its Level 1 Trauma Center status, St. John’s Hospital is a nationally certified Stroke Center, a Pediatric Hospital and is regionally recognized as a cardiovascular center of excellence.

St. John's Emergency Medical Services has long been a leader in pre-hospital care and was the first EMS system in Missouri - and one of the first in the nation - to implement 12-Lead EKG monitoring for heart attack patients, allowing treatment to begin before the patient arrives at the hospital.

St. John's Life Line air ambulance service has provided more than 20 years of incident and accident-free service to the Ozarks and is now accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems.
